When I first moved to OKC 4 years ago this place was actually good to us! We enjoyed coming and enjoying food at night. We have ordered on door dash twice, food was cold and didn’t even send the tacos we asked for. Also, tacos had SO MUCH onion and cilantro and barely any meat. The cilantro is also served whole, they take the leaves off the stem and don’t even bother to chop it up. Also ordered some horchata and I could taste the rice that was not strained and it has so much cinnamon. Waiter at night also didn’t seem to care, didn’t even bring out or order correctly when we tried dining in last night, didn’t bring salsas to us and there’s so much more. I’m truly disappointed with how much this place downgraded.

Taqueria Mi Pueblo reminded me a lot of the places I would eat back home. It has a friendly vibe and the food is good. Show up when they open, and the salsas are hot, freshly made. Enjoyed the food, specifically the salsas, tasted similar to how my mom used to make it when I was young. Only had Tacos de birria con consume, and Camarones de Chipotle. I had agua fresca de pepino y limón, was too sweet, had a lot of pulp (not my preference). Need to come back to try the rest of the menu.

So I called this place before I decided to order to see if they put hot dogs on the hamburgers there and they said no that they didn’t so i wasn’t gonna order from there but then I decided to go ahead but I used doordash instead of calling and they ended up bringing me a hamburger with a hot dog like I wanted yay

I called and said I was coming in to eat they asked me what told them I was going to eat some flautas. So I got there it was ready I told them I was eating here they said okay charged me it was full I squeezed in my flautas weren’t de pollo ate it anyway it was the most driest and HARD flautas ever. DRY AND HARD. all I have to say.. won’t recommend this place for flautas

The tacos were cold whenever we got them. There was more cilantro and cebolla than carne. I didn’t like the fact that they brought out the food separately instead of all together. We had to wait until everyone got their food in order for us to eat without worrying if someone has their food yet. The waitress was lovely but I for sure didn’t like the service.

Just go to Taco Bell. Horchata was sour. Meaning it had gone bad. With The Chicken flautas, the chicken has been clearly cooked several times because it was black and no flavor. Avoid yourself the over priced gross food and go to Taco Bell. At least you wont get sick.
