Drive-thru wait times were fairly minimal given the time of day. We ordered three meals with a small blizzard each, and the food came out hot and fresh, and the blizzards were still nice and cold. The order taker, cashier, and window helper were all polite and professional. Nothing fancy, but it was a pleasant experience, everything was correct, and it all tasted good.

On 10/7 I went inside to order, It was around 6PM. The young lady who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I unfortunately cannot say the same about your cooks.. As I was standing in your front lobby I seen they made SEVERAL orders, Drive-Thru and front counter. They NEVER were wearing GLOVES!! That is extremely nasty! I eat here at least 3 times a week. And I always go thru the Drive-Thru I am sure glad i went in this time. Will not return unless I can see food being made. Extremely sad.. Hope this gets fixed..

The food was good, but they got my daughters ice cream order wrong. She wanted a Sunday. They gave her vanilla ice cream and didn’t even give her half as much as she was supposed to have. It’s like the person making it sat it down for a second and someone else grabbed it thinking it was ready to go. Otherwise, the food was good.

The best restaurant that my husband and i have eaten at in Lebanon mo. The staff is so polite, friendly, fast, and efficient at their job. So far DQ is the only restaurant that has gotten our order right and the food supper tasty at the same time! I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant I would highly recommend eating here to anyone.

Waited 10 minutes for our food, even though we were first in line. The chicken strips, milk shake and pretzel sticks were alright. But our 4 chilly dogs were completely cold. The hotdog was straight out of package, cold and cold chilly spread on top. Really disappointed, I dont understand how you can mess up a chilly dog. Won’t be coming back.
