Very hard-working staff! I always feel sorry for the staff member who has to both take orders at the cash register and pack the orders up. At lunch/dinner time he looks swarmed but he’s doing his best. I really appreciate his hard work and that of the cooks.

First time here. Nice cashier. Food is mediocre at best and a poor imitation of authentic Japanese food. Bento box with chicken. Sushi was dry, barely any wasabi or pickled ginger provided. Uninspiring and disappointing

The hot food is good. The sushi is dry. The service, during my last visit, was VERY SLOW. Staff was so undermanned, the cashier was the one prepping all the food coming off the line, and people had to wait for him to get back to the register to order.

I really like this place for some reason, quick, tasty, and hot ( temperature) food. The management staff are friendly, understanding and nice, especially Jorge. Definitely will visit again. Sign up for Insider’s club via text and your first text offer is chicken teriyaki for $1.99 can’t beat that.

Where do I begin. We waited over 40 minutes for 2 plates because cashier gave our order to someone else. Food presentation was horrible and taste was also. Overall horrible experience and husband said cashier refused to acknowledge him after he waited in line. Our food looked nothing like pics posted by other patrons. Mine was quite scary looking. Took a few bites and threw out. Awful taste.
