It looked so cute on Google, but it was such a let down. The burgers were super greasy and I think a drive thru would have been better tasting and better priced. The fries weren’t included either. I can definitely tell this place probably was a lot better before covid and the inflation. They are struggling and it is obvious, that’s why it pains me to leave this review but I hope it will just make them better. It was me and my 4 kids 4 plain burgers, 1 chicken strip, 4 fries, 1 ice tea, and 4 waters… 90.00 I would love a refund…

The experience is fun. The food is pretty good. The best part is the shakes. We had Oreo and Strawberry Kiss shakes. Bacon cheese fries, but a little too much fake melted chedder for us. The burgers were decent, a little overcooked for my liking but edible. Service was very good and pretty busy today during the lunch rush. Love the ketchup smile plates served with the food.

There was just one server, she got our order 30 min after we sat. Though I felt bad for her, it is not a customer’s problem if the staff is short as he is paying the full price. And that was just one burger and fries! The burger wasn’t good as well, it didn’t have the sauce mentioned in the menu description. The order wasn’t right as well, as I didn’t get the sauces I ordered. They ruined my meal. Glasses and water were dirty. This was my first time and I am never visiting Johnny Rockets again. There are other chains which treat there customers well, are hygienist and do their best to bring the high quality food on the table.

The staff was helpful and friendly and helped accommodate our large group of 11. However, the food was terrible. We like to take the grandkids to Johnny Rockets but nothing was cooked well and the oil the french fries were cooked in was old or off. The kids liked their milkshake.

Johnny Rockets is so great! I love the location at City Creek Center too. My friend and I were greeted promptly, given the menu, and within moments came and gave us some water, while we browsed the menu. I ordered the delicious Route 66 Burger, and a classic Vanilla Shake. The place is a buzz for the social and trendy crowds, prices are decent for what you pay for, and the whole place was clean, and they even had their juke box rocking the oldies through all the social and happy chatter. Great customer service, highly recommend everyone to eat here

I always have a great experience coming here. At times, it can be a but crowded, but this place is definitely worth it. All Johnny Rocket’s restaurants are designed to emanate a 1950s diner, and I think they absolutely nailed it. The food is great, although it is slightly on the pricier side. The service varies from location but is usually pretty good. Overall, it’s a great restaurant! It’s a perfect place to sit down and have a meal.

Food was fantastic. Really fresh and hands down the juiciest burger I’ve had on a long time. The cook did forget a few of our order requests but the waiter caught it before they got to us. If you sit at the bar you can watch them make everything which is pretty cool!
