Taco Bell is one of the better fast food chains available. Especially for the price. I can get two burritos that fill me up for under 5 bucks. That’s hard to beat. Plus they have a lot of different choices on their menu so it’s hard to get bored eating there.

I decided to give Coopersville taco be another shot. But disappointed again on the size of the Grande breakfast burrito, it’s almost the size of a sauce packet. My extra spicy ranch was not there or on my quesdillas no more for me ill just drive the extra few miles to another in Grand Haven where they are always nice correct and the best tacobell I’ve been to so far. And the sad thing is I decided to go drive to coopersville to save a couple bucks on delivery and what did I get Disappointed.

I don’t often eat at any fast food place and when I do I have been so disappointed the few times I’ve come to this location. My food is either over cooked or a big sloppy mess. The staff is rude even after I say thank you. They make more money than I do and yet they are still miserable. I won’t be eating here ever again.

I come here very often. I’ve given 5 star ratings every day but this day. The staff was inviting and friendly at first. Got my order. Used the restroom. Filthy at best, approximately 19 of the 20 ish seats were dirty most likely had been since early morning or even possibly the night before. Wasn’t long after the staff was laughing and joking and using much profanity. I’m a curser myself but others would most likely not be impressed. Not the same restaurant that I usually visit. the staff needs a wake up call that was present on December 14th 2021 at 11:15 AM. There was a mix up in my order that was partially my fault they were quick to take care of wich is the reason this is not a 0 star review.
