This location continues to miss the mark. Every burrito I’ve ever ordered has had dehydrated, brown, stale hash browns. The dipping sauce is never provided. Just today I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender boat and received 4 bite sized nuggets – for $13.00? Blake’s has seriously gone downhill over the years and it’s a terrible shame.

I literally waited over 10 minutes for someone to even look up from what they were doing to see me. Once they did see me they didn’t even acknowledge me and just kept focusing on the drive through orders along with every other associate working there. If you aren’t going to help people that come inside the restaurant you might as well just lock your doors because it’s obviously pointless having them opened.

Food was delicious however service was horrible! I didnt want seasoned fries however I still got them! The manager asked if I wanted regular fries but I said no because I was waiting in line for 30 minutes. You guys need to work harder and pay attention to your customers. I worked in fast food when I was in my teens and early 20s so I know how frustrating it can be. All of you are over worked and under paid however yall need to get it together and pay attention.. Blake’s lota Burger will also never be the same because the burgers are small now and not as big as they used to be years ago.

Every time I come here I get told to pull around and park on the side of the drive thru. Then I wait 20 minutes for my food. All I ordered was a burrito and a fry…. Just ridiculous. Gonna start going to a different location. And they got my order incorrect and just brought out my burrito. Like really

Due to the score here I have stayed away even though I live very close . This was my first time at any Blake’s Lotaburger and it did not disappoint. The young woman taking my order answered multiple questions with positive energy. She was parking orders that took longer like mine to keep the drive thru running smoothly. My food was hot and tasted great. Please continue to try because it’s working. I’ll be back.

Horrible experience messed up my order countless times got a bacon number one with x Chile didn’t put Chile so I went in told them this is the fifth time coming in on a messed up order then they gave me sausage with x mas need more staff don’t even have dine in people come in just to see the door locked

I came in at the lunch rush and I dined in. It was a really good experience. The staff was really helpful and nice! Food was delicious!! It took about 5 minutes to get my whole order in about 1 minute to get my shake. Looking forward to coming here again! Going to spread the word to my friends and family. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I purchased the Lotaburger and fries. Went through the drive-thru waited for a half an hour before I got my order. That order was cold. I do not recommend this drive-thru or this establishment apparently, they don’t take care of their customers when they serve them cold food. And the only thing I could think of is I should not have waited lesson learned.
