Food was great, but the lady who handed me my order had a major attitude problem. Ordered carside delivery, and she gave me the wrong order, so I went inside to get the correct pizza. She demanded I show my receipt, which is understandable, but when I showed her that it was in fact not the write order, she made a snarky comment asking if I actually ordered carside delivery. Not to mention during the encounter she kept huffing loudly, as if it was my fault she messed up? It was a simple mistake on her part, but she handled it very poorly.

Quality control . Can you say raw deep dish? And rubber wings!!! Guys, clean the oven and let it go all the way through before you pull it out!! This location now sucks when they used to make perfect pizzas. Avoid for now. For now, get carry out at the Greenspring’s location. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will update if the situation changes as always. My picture is of a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. 2 toppings man!

The delivery driver had a great personality but food was the worst I’ve experienced. The cheese dip had a weird smell to it. The pizza was thrown together and box was smashed into the pizza. Chicken was dry and hard.

I just ordered a veggie pizza with light cheese but they put the normal amount of cheese on there and forgot to add black olives. I spoke with the Af American gentleman (super tall) and an Af American female (super nice) and they were so kind enough to re-make another one for me without charging me again. The 2nd pizza was super perfect. I forgot to ask for their names and tried to call back the store to get their names, but the lines were busy. The male was a delivery driver (I saw him walk out with pizzas) and the female was running the cash register and brought my pizza out to my car. Please give them both a raise for their exemplary customer service. I wish I had their names so I can recognize them for their hard work. 🙂 Stay sweet and kind ya’ll! 🙂

This was a pretty good dominos, I came here after prom and they were already super busy with orders but they got me my food in no time. I got garlic twist (so awesome, tasted amazing) and some wings (very good). I really liked it, and the people working there were really nice to make it fresh for me as quick as they did. I’d definitely come back here, it was also clean and tidy. I recommend it.

I don’t know who he is but the delivery guy drove a sick yellow Mitsubishi and got here insanely fast. Not to mention his loud exhaust meant I knew when my food was getting closer, overall a great experience

I always order from here. EVERY WEEK!!! Last weekend I ordered and one of my pizzas was wrong and the other when I started eating it had a gross loogi spit looking like someone did something to it. My 3 yr old and I always order here and now I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back. This was completely disgusting and I have a photo of it. Brown and cell like looking but disgusting.

Food is always good but you should not have a delivery driver that can’t deliver food. I was give directions to get to me and driver couldn’t follow directions. Even if you’re not from somewhere you should be able to follow directions. Not a happy customer right now and I have to wait another freaking 20 minutes.

The last 4 times I’ve tried to order from this location have been awful. I’ve never received anything I’ve ever ordered. They are severely understaffed and orders take 2+ hours or never arrive at all. I tried to call the store to cancel my order and it took 30 minutes to get anyone to answer. This store needs to close or hire more staff.
