I made an online order and when I paid it said my order would be ready in 23 hours. I called the restaurant and Carlos was very helpful. He corrected the pickup time and said everything would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove over and was greeted by an employee in the lobby. She directed me to an overhead monitor and explained how to locate my order. Find name, see locker number, get food. Too easy! Wings were hot and crisp. Great customer service all the way around!

This location has the worst customer service skills. Even the managers. I think additional training should be made available for them. They also keep the door locked during business hours and I’m not sure why that is, but it’s a major inconvenience when I’m having to wait outside to pick up my call in order. Also, fries have wayyy too much salt.

The food is great here! They have great managers and the GM seems to always be there. I didn’t have to wait that long for my food. I placed it online and it came out delicious! This location has improved alot since it first opened not too long ago. Will sure be returning as often as I can! I recommend having the saucy chicken sandwich

Ordered online 20 piece with 3 flavors, only got 2 flavors, receipt showed 3. The missing flavor was supposed to be Mild for the kiddo. Hardly any sauce on any of the order. So little sauce that the original Buffalo and Nashville Hot were less spicy than the Medium. Tasted like old, reheated, plain chicken. I tried calling multiple times to see what could be done to rectify the poor experience, but the auto voice kept telling me nobody was available and hung up (That’s why I’m posting this review). Go figure, the sticker they stuck on my bag says “This order was checked by….” and it’s blank. I guess that’s for the customer to fill out then… I should have unpacked everything and checked at the counter when I picked it up.

The location had no AC, which will cause issues with customer service. The POS machine was not able to give me my n points 2x, which I activated. The sweat dripping from the staff should be considered if it drips on the food getting prepared.

Went in there while waiting for a haircut next door. They said 6 minute wait. No issues. I pay and sit patiently there for 22 minutes. I then ask what’s going on. Apparently they had brought it out (they hadn’t as I was sitting in an empty room) and then proceeded to use an order they were already working on to adhoc my order. This is a disgusting place with the kitchen having mess everywhere, food on the floor, tables covered in grime, and a workforce that obviously cannot function making fried chicken and shaking seasoning on it.

The cashier was rude I was greeting him and he didn’t even say hello he looked annoyed that I was ordering I was going to tip him but I said Thankyou when leaving and he didn’t even bother to say anything for that customer service was awful, didn’t catch his name but he’s a blk male brown skin complexion with wild nappy Afro hair and big lips, train your employees better
