These guys are great! Customer service extends beyond the call of duty here! The manager did a phenomenal job deescalating a seemingly intoxicated customer that came in this weekend! I watched that customer try and steal a frozen coffee and a sandwich and berate the employees and manager because he didn’t want to use his money from his wallet to pay. The intoxicated unruly customer insisted that his phone *magically* would pay despite him not having money on it. I use the dunkin app all the time. You need to load it with money before paying!

I’m never going back to this Dunkin ever again!! During the week I was going there because they are always open at 4am. Quick friendly service and good food/coffee. I decided to stop by this location today after work ( Saturday ). I figured I would use some of these reward points I have. What a mistake that was. They treated me like I was an idiot. I did not bring any cash because I never had a Dunkin refuse to honor the rewards app. Definitely one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences in my life. I am still a Dunkin customer but not at this messed up location. They had no problem taking my money everyday but want to act ignorant when you want to redeem rewards…. So deceptive!!!

I go to this dunkin once a week after work, and it is by far the fastest and most customer friendly store I’ve ever been to! I haven’t gone inside, but the drive-thru always gets my orders out in under a minute. My drinks are always well mixed, and food is always beautifully prepared- which is unexpected when it’s done so fast! They’re also great about coupons and scanning for points, and they haven’t once made a mistake from the 20+ times I’ve been through there. Amazing spot!

Staff was helpful and friendly. The store is clean. They prepared my drink the way I’d asked. I’ve been enjoying the bacon avocado toast from multiple Dunkins in the area. This location had a good balance of ingredients and I didn’t have to wait long for it.

Several times now I have ordered decaf coffee and get to work and the label does not say decaf. It’s not, after I drank it. Love the pumpkin flavor but I am sensitive to caffeine. So no sleep once again for me. So check your drinks before you leave
