Why is this location indoor dining still not open? It’s the only one in the world where u can’t dine in. And you can’t even Uber eats pick up here but you could at all the other local locations? Doesn’t make sense. Also stop skimping on the chicken in the quesadillas. You pay $6 for just a cheese quesadilla. Oh and there are always potholes there. Like Wth fill them up!

This location currently has completely closed off their dining room to us. You literally have to be someone with a car who has to go through the drive-through, no matter the time of day. Taco Bell, you can’t allow restaurants to never be open.

This is the best location around my area to stop by for a quick bite. Ordered KFC online last night and picked it up at this location. The sides and extra crispy chicken was still warm and tasted fresh. Gotta say it was bussin’ probably the best I’ve had in awhile here. Just a heads up you can only order taco bell at the drive through. Shoutout to the team running the place there, you guys are doing great!

This kfc/ taco bell has it rough. It’s the only location within a 20 minute drive from Lowell, so it can get insanely busy. On a Saturday evening, it’s not uncommon to find the drive thru backed up all the way out into the street. The wait in the drive thru can creep past 30 minutes when you go during peak times. What I will say, is the staff is always incredibly kind and always professional. Even though they’re crazy busy my food is always made correctly and nothing has ever been missing from my order. My one complaint about the food is that it’s very inconsistent. Sometimes it’ll taste great, other times they skimp on the ingredients or make it poorly so that your Burrito or Crunchwrap is falling apart. They do a solid job for being the only location in the area, though!

Drive through only, no online ordering for taco bell only KFC. The drive through gets wicked long sometimes and when I ask for substitutions it’s only right about 60% of the time which is unfortunate considering how long you have to sit and wait in the drive through. A lot of the time hard shell tacos fall completely apart and it seems like they’ve been sitting and soaking in the fillings. Other than that, it’s just your run of the mill taco bell KFC combo, just with an extra long drive through line.

I came there last night at 8:30 PM. I sat in line for 30 to 40 minutes. Got home the food was stone cold and stale. This is actually a picture of my two crunchy taco Supremes. Sorry the picture of the soft tacos you’re really can’t see cold and stale. I went there at noon time today to speak to the store manager and was told he does not come in until after 4. I returned again at 5 o’clock and spoke to a manager Jay who was absolutely terrible at his job. He explained to me that the store manager is named Alex and will not be in for two weeks. I then asked for the district managers name and number and told me they don’t have one nor have to answer to any corporate rules. Now Jay had no desire whatsoever to make this right.or right there mistake. I left my name and number and asked for the store manager to call me back but I will be pursuing this to corporate first thing tomorrow. The manager Jay has no business in the position he is in he should be terminated immediately for the way he treats customers. I have a Live two blocks away from this place for the last 13 years and I don’t know if I would ever go back to this place again because of him I would give them a zero stars but it makes me leave at least one even though they don’t deserve it!!!! And this is all for an order that was under just under $10.

Love the food always busy busy busy. It’s 2 restaurants in one the other is KFC but closed on the inside. The only way to eat their food is to order online for pick-up, delivery or drive-thru.

My 4$ taco the workers were friendly but the quality is always lacking they seem to be rushing alot to make the products and skimp or forget ingredients. This is the new double layer taco I think they forgot the inner layer.

Food is always good. Only problem I have here has nothing to do with food. Call your corporate off and have your PARKING LOT REPAVED! The potholes are CRAZY! Other than that they are always busy which is a good thing! Ps KFC is in the same building so best of both worlds.

The line was a mile long.. was ridiculous.. and when I get up to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes just for them to say did you get a taco with that crunchwrap.. I said, it’s the combo I believe it came of the dock of yes and a drink.. then I said can you do me a favor and throw hot sauce and with that order.. yes they said.. well needless to say.. I got home I had no hot sauce.. which is probably one of my favorite things about Taco Bell is they got delicious sauces.. it was a lot of aggravation and nobody knew what they were doing.. just a bunch of young kids watching over your own kids is what it look like when I looked through the window.. hopefully they get their act together..
