Ordered over the phone they said 20 minutes, when I got there 15 minutes later and told them my name they looked confused then made my pizza and put it in the oven. Had to wait 15 more minutes.

Most of the time i pick up my pizza for fear it’ll be cold by the time it’s delivered. But it’s Sunday, there’s football and Xmas movies on the tube so decided on delivery. Pizza was delivered hot and very timely. This place is always spot on

After over an hour of waiting for our food, we called the driver to ask what was the delay. The driver lied on the phone saying she had been to our house for five minutes and had left after ringing the doorbell multiple times. I checked the Ring doorbell I installed. She was completely lying and there was no video recording of her ever at my house. She marked the order as completed on Domino’s track my order app. When confronted with the truth the driver immediately changed her story and lied again. Speaking to manger Robert was just more of the unprofessional and lying behavior we experienced. Telling us that the driver was close by and could deliver the food. If you want a cold, long wait with completely unprofessional staff. Then this dominos is right for you. If not, don’t order here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered online. Worst customer service experience imaginable. I talked to a employee named Seth and he doubted that we didn’t get meat on our MEATZZs pizza with mushrooms on the left side. Saying “my GM was supervising so could not be wrong.” We also checked under the extra cheese as directed by the rude representative to make sure the meat was cooked in. There was no meat under the cheese. We tried to put our own pepperoni on the pizza but it wasn’t even close to okay. Our order was $99.
