First I’m thankful they were open at midnight. I was so hungry lol. In the movie Lethal Weapons one actor said always check your food in the drive thru and thankful I did because they gave me the wrong food. Alberto accepted the mishap and fixed my order. Now as for the food-it was fresh and hot. I am a big French fries person and they came fresh and hot . Thank you. I tried it and I will return. Drive thru moved quickly. Customer service 9 plus.

Service in the drive thru was fast but for the past 3xs I been here the spicy chicken sandwich meat doesn’t taste that great it tastes dry and you can tell it’s been frozen not sure what it is about this location. Last time it even had too much mayo. They get 3 stars because employees were friendly.

I order a combo and instead of fries got jalapenos everithing was good but one butermilk for 9 jalapenos to litle and they charge me for jalapenos slices I pay for two and get one only now I feel like rob because if you prefer to lose some customers over the litle money that you can get for jalapenos its fine but because for us who is willing to pay and not get what we pay for is some thing else sorry for you guys I know that I can spend my money in so many places that you should take care of busines and train your employees.

Love the staff here! They treat you like family. Delicious food that is made quick to serve, always fresh. They throw out old and ingredients rather than try to use them like some other cheapskate places. You can tell how they stay on top of cleanliness based on the interior. Honestly one of the best Carl’s Jrs and fast food places in the area.

The reason I gave this place a 5-star rating is due to the lady that took our order. She was beyond nice and attentive. More than she should be for what she and her Co-workers make. Pay your employees what they deserve! I’m sure the owner(s) can do without that 4th luxury vehicle or 3rd vacation home.
