I have been a proud customer at this jimmy john’s location up until the beginning of the year(2023) when my food was never delivered. Called the store to find out what was wrong and turns out they had one person working and no delivery drivers. So, my ex co-worker decided to put in an application for a driver there. There’s always problems with schedules, for example, they work 10-12 hour shifts as the only driver there on some days. They cannot even call people in because the manager won’t hire more people. This location sucks due to poor management and being CONSTANTLY short staffed.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve ordered from them, but when I did it was always very good. Today I wanted a sandwich and thought I’d go for it again …. I was NOT disappointed in the least. I got exactly what I ordered, and it arrived in less than 10 minutes after I placed my order. The food was delicious, veggies were crisp and ripe, very fresh just as advertised. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. None of it was soggy or mushy, tasted like it was made fresh to order …. excellent quality. And the pickle? Mmmmmm crunchy and crispy, delicious.

Do not order sandwiches from this place! I tried to cancel an order and they never refunded my money. No one at the shop could help me with this they keep giving the run around, none of the so-called managers know anything. This place will steal your money.

Watched as the lady ignored multiple customers that wanted to order and she never acknowledged them or even said it will be just a moment. She only cared about drive through orders. She laughed when she watched 2 of the customers walk-out after waiting over 10 minutes to order or even to be acknowledged. Freaky fast…..more like freaky slow and zero work ethic is more like it. When you order a chicken sub you really expect chicken on it! NO CHICKEN! Not a crumb. So drive all the way back after they said only think to do is bring the sandwich back, we’ll make a new one. Drive back across town had it to them at the drive thru and they hand it back saying we can’t take this. They made a new one, however the chicken is less than a tiny can of shredded chicken with almost no flavor. This for $10.00? You have got to be kidding. No flavor chicken no chunks no good slices. Blah. A double drive for a waste of time. We want a full refund.

Food is fine. Service is trash. Ordered curbside pick up. Waited for 30 minutes. Finally went inside to see if my order was ready. They said they hadn’t started it yet, so I went back to my car. 30 minutes later, go back into the store they had my stuff ready, sitting on the counter, but hadn’t brought it out to me for some reason. Waited over an hour for my food for no reason. really annoying experience.

My first google review EVER. They only get 1 star because it will not let me not click a star. Long story short I ordered 4 meals for delivery from the Jimmy John’s in Stillwater, 602 N Main St. One of the sandwiches was missing so I called up there to have them bring it. No big deal, it happens. Well…when I called Morgan answered. I explained to her our delivery was missing a sandwich she acted very annoyed and said “LOVELY”. I give her the information and she says very hateful “I know for a fact that sandwich was in that box because I packed that box and it was missing so I had them remake it”. Stunned I replied with the same hateful tone that I unpacked the box and the sandwich is indeed not here, why would I call and say the drink/chips are here but no sandwich? She then tells me there is nothing she can do because she knows it was in there. After letting her know that was unacceptable she said when the delivery driver gets back, she will have him bring another one but it will be awhile because she is not sending another driver since the one who delivered is familiar with where it was delivered? It has now been 2 hour later, no sandwich.

Man. Never have I ever been so mistreated at a place. Forgets a sandwich, gets mad at my boss for saying it wasnt in there stating “I know it was in there I packed it myself” proceeds to say “whatever I’ll have my driver bring it, it will be a while because we’re busy” 2 hours later they aren’t answering our telephone call. 0 professionalism. I’m a college student and it was free lunch day at work so I didn’t come prepared to eat something before my classes, had to go hungry in my classes because of their incompetence to have good customer service. Ridiculous.
