This DQ (Dairy Queen) is by far the best and the cashier/front-end person is the GREATEST & MOST EXCELLENT I have seen in a very long time!!!! (I just hope she’s the one signed in on the register, she deserves credit for excellency at performing her position!!!)

If I could give it 0 I would. The wrappers of the food were covered in grease and looked like they had come out of the garbage. The wrapper contained a yellow grease appearance like no other I had ever seen. There were fruit flies at the drink machine, ice at machine was not working, tables were dirty, took 25 minutes to get chicken tenders, and staff was ok seemed to be trying to deal with what they had. There was no refund for the food so we stayed and hope to God we don’t get sick.

she was taking my order and was so rude when i asked a question she sounded older when i got to the window she was, with glasses slammed the window in my face when she gave me my change and was just so rude never coming again. All over me asking a question. it’s not like the meal was any good cold fries cold burger i would have asked for a refund if i didn’t wanna argue with her. i respect people. If you’re gonna be in a food business realize it’s not always pretty. I am a manger at chilis she would have been fired with that attitude.

Went for ice cream treat for family, through drive-thru. Order included ice creams and ice waters, for five of us. Noticed after paying, that 5 ice waters cost $10+ tax. Every drive-thru I’ve ever been to, tells you if there’s a charge for ice water, sometimes there’s a very small charge for a cup. Not this place. I immediately got a refund for waters & had to return them. Drove off, never leaving parking lot, and noticed we were charged $5 for a small vanilla ice cream in a cup. Drove back around and asked why so much,

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and the app told me to call when I arrived. I called and was told that I had to come inside for curbside pick up. This isn’t a problem though still slightly inconvenient. When I went inside there was no one at the registers. I waited for around 15 minutes with only a couple other people inside and hardly any people in the drive through if any. When we finally got all our ice cream and one order of fries, the ice cream was already half melted. Everything tasted fine, just felt pointless to place a curbside mobile order when it took 20 minutes to get there after order was placed and then 15 minutes waiting in store for my mobile order.

This location is convenient for me, but constant problems. 1. Months ago, I visited and waited in the drive thru over 30 minutes for a blizzard. I get to the window, and the employee is crying. It seemed like she was there all alone taking orders and cooking by herself. 2. The long wait time is the norm. Expect 30+ minutes in the drive thru. 3. The last time I went, they seemed to have more employees and things were moving faster. I was excited. But then… 4. Yesterday, I place a mobile order. Attempt to go inside to get it and the door is locked! No sign on the door. I get in the drive thru line, finally make it to the speaker to be told something is wrong with the ice cream machine. So all that time waiting and I couldn’t get my order. I was told I can go to the other location. Which I did and will now go there every time. The workers were working! I was able to go inside. By the time I came back out, there was only 1 car at the drive thru window. The place was clean. Food looked good. And my wait wasn’t long (which I didn’t mind because there were delivering orders to tables.) I will not return to this one. They need new management or shut down. It’s always a problem at this location. Especially on Sunday afternoons. And once you are in that drive thru, you are held hostage. You can’t get out. I have seen SUVs jump the curb to get out, but a car cannot.

Don’t waste your time stopping at this Dairy Queen. I have been to this location twice within the past month on Sunday afternoon. Both times I was told at the drive through window that the ice cream machine was broken. IT’S A DANG ICE CREAM BUSINESS!! Get the machine fixed!!

It’s been years since I went to a Dairy Queen. It turns out that they understand that some of us have to lose weight but have a taste for sweet dessert. So they have what they call a mini size with a reasonable number of calories. I appreciate that they post the calories on the menu.

Sat in line for 10 minutes to have the girl with a horrible attitude tell us they weren’t taking orders because there were too many people inside. When I went in there were three people inside but four cars trapped in the drive through line. When we finally got out there were two employees just casually hanging out doing nothing. This on top of the numerous times I’ve been told they are “out of ice cream” is the final straw. Luckily for us there are at least two ice cream places right near by. Congratulations, you make Burger King look good which is not easy to do.

This place is awesome! I ordered onion rings and a drink. When I approach the counter, three people approached me to take my order and to help. The onion rings were delicious! I forgot to take a picture of them because they were so good. Crispy and crunchy coating. The perfect texture. I’ve never had such good onion rings anywhere. Sonic and Dairy Queen are neck-and-neck on the onion rings. The restaurant is clean contrary two other reviews and the staff is very friendly. I also didn’t have to wait. I will definitely be back here. Thank you DQ!
