Great food, as is typical with Culver’s. But this location has extremely slow service and often forgets parts of our orders (or entire meals!). This one is unlike any of the other Culver’s chains that’s I frequent, they’re so slow!

Showed up in the middle of lunch rush but staff were professional, calm and friendly. I got a mushroom Swiss burger with double patties and cheese curds with buttermilk ranch for dipping sauce. Might have stolen a few of his fries. I haven’t tried the ice cream here yet because we were rushing to get to a meeting but the buzz is good and the flavors look enchanting. Looking forward to going back, especially for the cheese curds and to try a concrete.

So I really don’t have anything bad to say about this location. Our ice cream order did somehow end up in something called the “well” for a long time, but a manager did get us taken care of after noticing our wait. I’m sure it was just a very busy time of day.

Ordered a large meal and didn’t receive a large. One bag of fries wasn’t filled and the other one didn’t have a bag and looked like someone grabbed a small handful and threw in the bottom. Live across town so by the time spouse got home it wasn’t worth going back.

Everytime we go through the drive through they forget stuff. This last time they forgot the ice cream and the milk that comes with my daughters kids meal. We noticed the ice cream missing, so they brought that out to us while we were still there, but we didn’t notice the missing chocolate milk until we got home. Which has happened before.
