this taco bell is awful solely because of the staff- we’ve gone for years and have had numerous incidents with them. they usually just sit around and sometimes have laughed at us, the atmosphere is super weird. i’ve ordered vegan labeled food for it to have beef, and tonight my regular drink came in a half full small cup and it was the wrong drink??? there was also a literal marker cap in the quesadilla. no idea what’s going on at this place

Quite easily…without competition, the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. As a former Taco Bell employee, the speed at which this crew was moving, would have gotten me fired. There is NO drive-thru and I still waited for 20 minutes to receive 1 burrito. There were 4 orders in front of mine, one of which was a taco and a cinnamon twist, one other of which was 2 Spicy potato soft tacos. AND IT TOOK 20 MINITES TO GET MY ORDER!

I can’t even stress how awful the service was here. My friends have waited over 30 minutes for his food, he went up to ask the people at the front where his food was and they had no idea, they told my friend that he needed his receipt in order to get his food so we dug through the trash for 10 minutes and found his receipt, we show the receipt to the people at the front, and they ended up, giving him his food while being all angry at him. All of the people there, so incompetent, especially that manager. I would highly not recommend going to this talk about is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This is the first time I’ve had Taco Bell in 20 years. I used to eat it all the time in College. I think it’s a lot better now. It seems fresher and better tasting. Service was good.

Placed a mobile order here and upon arrival the restaurant denied having any order for my name. This wouldn’t have been every frustrating, but they refused to make my order even though I had already paid on their app and they confirmed it was for the right location. The worker brought over another employee, and they verbally fought for 4/5 minutes before turning me away again. Telling me to “call the app” which isn’t possible. When I finally got the manager she did the absolute least amount to help me, and didn’t make the order correctly. Absolutely terrible staff, clearly not able to help customers in a normal fashion. Definitely starts from bad Managment. Bummer.

Will not be returning to this location. Hair in my food. Nearly gagged from biting into food and finding it. Customer had dog inside and two employees pet the dog and did not change their gloves after, they just continued working. I am not surprised finding hair in my food with this type of behavior. And especially during this pandemic.
