In a world full of options and choices, the last thing a patron need is an associate like the one who worked at the register today (a big black lady) she claimed her name is to be Tanya. From the moment I arrived to place an order, i was not even given a chance to look at the menu properly to decide what I wanted. Tonya has a bad attitude, a really bad demeanor and very unprofessional. All of this because I was taking the time to order. I can understand if the place was busy. However it wasn’t. Not one person was waiting in line.

Horrible customer service would not recommend coming to this location. No greeting from cashier cut me off while I was placing my order and once I was done she wants to switch up her attitude with customer behind us. Food good though but not her service.

In all Fairness I didn’t taste the food! I walked in and there was a lady plotted by the counter… another lady checking out a customer, and one person in the back.The floors were so nasty, they had not been cleaned in decades, front lobby was horrible,it was a mess. I’m confused on why anyone would want to eat here. No one said hello which is fine it gave me the opportunity to check things out… I thought about all the crazy videos I saw on social media and thought I would be stupid to think that this restaurant didn’t make it to instagram and not in a good way.

So I order a 6 picece Hot lemon pepper sprinkles and a peach soda $10.00..I get to work and it was some honey hot lemon pepper..I call he said bring it back he will replace it…I brought back 6 wings…I get to the car and check it he gone give me 5 wings instead of 6.. That was so petty to me I take my five and say I’ll just do a review cause that’s what I do good or bad..More afraid if I took it back I might get poisoned or something wasn’t gonna go right.. Didn’t offer me a refill on my drink or nothing for having to waste my gas… The cashier rung up my food wrong and she was dry…And I wish the health inspector that was there when u ordered found more wrong stuff than she did cause she was saying they want doing something right

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was discrimanted against for bringing my service animal to order a to go order. The girl at the cashier said “it was nasty, the dog has germs”. I explained to her she’s a service dog, she then asked me “what service”. She quite frankly broke several federal laws. I have never been discriminated for my disability to this extent and since I don’t live in ATL I am unsure who I should report this to. But I will do some research because no one else should have to encounter this.

I just came to this location American deli store number 230. The cashier was on the phone really loud talking. Unprofessionally, sneezing, coughing, touching her face and touching my food. I asked her not to put my food in a bag and she stared at me very rudely continuously, laughing at me because I did not want her touching my food as she was touching her face her nose. Then proceeded to yell at me we got into a screaming match, because I did not want her to put my food in a bag with her yelling at me over that I would never come here again service was beyond rude and unprofessional.
