Food was good. Resturant was clean. But Short staffed. Several customers beside myself had to wait longer than normal for the young lady to fix each order as well as do the register. I ordered 2 SE biscuits, and it took about 10 mins for her to get them put in a to go bag after they sat in the ready tray for several minutes.

Was great even though we came in close to close me and my two sons were served with a smile and fresh. The were polite and nice to my son who is 6 and very hard to wait on he does not speak well due to a significant speech or language does not allow him to describe what he wants well so he was getting frustrated in the man pulled up the menu for him on the screen. The date I went was April 27th. Guy had blond hair and one of the trucks was that older black ladie who was super nice as well.

Not a good experience this time…. They shorted my order and also neglected to give me any disposable cutlery and a napkin in the bag. Made eating the rice a little tricky, but I got it done. They weren’t particularly busy, so being rushed or under the gun wasn’t a valid reason, just someone got lazy. The chicken was good, as it usually is but the service aspect was not good.

I will no longer even try! I live just around the corner and used to eat here on a regular basis. No MORE. The last 5 times I have pulled up to the drive thru around 8 in the evening they told me they were out or no longer serving there chicken sandwich tonight. AT 8 o’clock! Correct me if I’m wrong but don’t you close at 9. I went back the very next morning and low and behold they had chicken sandwich. So, they were either lying about having the item OR they were just to lazy to drop it in the fryer. Remember! This happened 5 times. I can forgive once or twice but not 5. Oh and not once has KFC done this to me. KFC here I come!

Ordered the pulled bbq summer combo, had a bit of a wait (for fries), I can’t stand piping hot fries when I’m hungry, had I known I would have not asked for fries, they literally get thrown away every time, I also asked for ketchup but there was none given, even though the staff member said “sure”, not too big of a deal since I tossed the fries that were too hot to eat!

Went through for lunch ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and no tomato and a chicken sandwich with cheese. Got to the window the order was all wrong. The poor kid at the window was flustered and I was ok with it the manager looked aggravated. They rang up my order again and charged me twice and STILL my order was wrong. I got a grilled chicken with tomato and no cheese and was charged for the cheese. My other chicken sandwich was plain nothing on it and charged for the cheese on it as well. Very disappointed.
