My rating is based on all my other experiences. This location is great. Dawn is amazing. The drinks I had today were horrible. I blame the chain, not the location. I tried the strawberry and dragon lemonade. Both were like drinking thick syrup and super sweet.

Helpful and friendly staff who taught me a cheaper way to order my drink. It was strange that the coffee brewer is out of order, and it’s repair is not seen as more of a priority by higher management. Missing some of my favorite food items.

This Starbucks is inside of a Kroger store in Oregon Oh. The drinks we got were really good, however being a Starbucks the drink sizes were small as per normal. It is a rare treat to go to any Starbucks.

It’s Starbucks…in a grocery store. So you already know what yo expect. My daughter (she’s ten) ordered her own drink all by herself and paid for it and all. She didn’t even want me to come up with her. The ladies were so nice and accommodating they helped her use her debit card and all. Never got a attitude or anything. Good place, good service…

They are never open anymore, and the newer employees they’ve hired are super rude. Definitely need more training. I called to see if they were open, and when I got there they were closed less than 30 minutes after I called. Very disappointed. I understand everything is short staffed right now but they could do a lot better.

I love Starbucks coffee have for 20+ yrs. I feel that the people who work behind the counter are trying really hard to keep customers happy. There doing the best they can when they get busy. But I’m not waiting in a line 15 people deep and 20 mins just to get a good cup of coffee. I’ve gone to Kroger early in the morning just to be able to get a cup of coffee and go shopping, but most of the time I just see a long line. Which makes me feeling like I just should have stayed home made my own coffee and went shopping later. The customer service is awesome the corporate backing of having enough employee’s is the problem in my eyes
