The menu order button never works and never reads my card. Assuming this is so you will tip them once forced to pay cash. They never bring the change back assuming you will let them keep the change. I don’t think that is the fair thing to do to get a tip period, as I always tip anyway but to assume is one thing and to offer is another.

The sweet tea I ordered tasted like cleaning solution and burned my chest. I had to pour it out right away. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is for the food, which tasted just fine. Never had a problem here before;very disappointed they would serve customers sweet tea like that.

First time back to Sonic since it’s been rebuilt, thanks to Hurricane Harvey. Looks great, clean, new menu boards, employees nice. Happy to drive out without all the potholes they used to have. Also noticed if you download the app and preorder you get drinks half price.

Closes at 9 yet at 8:30 no one answers the red button on the ordering kiosk. Pull up to drive thru and no one answers the speaker. Guy is inside just sitting on his phone talking. This sonic has really gone down hill. Trash over flowing but still just sitting on his phone.

We ordered and paid on the app while driving through the parking lot to the numbered parking space. Everything came right out just as fast and hot as it would if you were to order through the intercom, without the wait. Plus we had the bonus of being able to use the Sonic app for the extra discounts including half price and free items!
