I walk in to hear 2 customers have gotten their order made wrong. Another customer walks in with a dog and stays inside. 2 of the workers making food were constantly sneezing and I saw no hand washing going on. When I finally was addressed, the cashier was cordial but not professional, he had not gloves on, as I gave him cash and expected change back he was like “I don’t have change” so I offered to pay with a credit card and he said, “no, I just don’t have change”. Afterwards he started touch other customers orders with the same unwashed hands he just took my cash with. When I arrived with my large pie, it was tasteless. This was my 1st and definitely last time to go to that Papa John’s. Maybe if I’m desperate I may try another location but never going back to Deer Park and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent food and fast delivery!!! Love love love the new stuffed crust!! On pickup the place looked very clean and everyone was wearing masks and continously using hand sanitizer or washing hands which was great to see!! The guy at the counter was very helpful and even brought it out to my car.

If I could give “no stars” at all I would! People in there are very RUDE (Manager rude all employees rude! ) Had a problem with my pizzas …they were horrible! return the pizzas they would NOT give me my money back at the time….they instead said next time I ordered I would have a credit. Figured I would try ordering again ….called tried placing an order and I told them I had a credit. The man was rude and yelling at me….got the runaround and got hung up on twice. So I didn’t get to place an order, got no credit and they still have my money since I returned the horrible pizzas last time ….so basically it’s like they stole my money!!! If you are going to be rude to your customers you should not be in the business of dealing with customers. DO NOT GO HERE. NASTY PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE.
