Pizza and buffalo wings are delicious. Customer service could use some work. Ordered some potato wedges and buffalo wings before high school students typically come in to eat lunch. Waited for about, 15 min. A rush of high school students came in thereafter and were being served promptly. I asked the young cashier how long my order would take. Without any care, looked surprised I asked and stated it would take 10min. She then found my order tag and spoke to cook. I waited about 15 min. Again went to ask about my order and stated it was almost done. By this time high school students had left and the pizzeria was almost empty. Waited about 45min total for a small pizza, buffalo wings and potato wedges Received no apology and they also didn’t seem to care. On the positive side, I was able to have a long conversation with a friend of mine while we waited. Gustine Pizza Factory, step-up your game!

Over all its a great place to eat. The pizza is always cooked perfectly never overcooked or undercooked. Atmosphere is great especially to watch games. The only thing that can work a little bit more on is customer service but mainly I put that with the understanding that you do have high school kids working there as well. So it gets a pass to a certain degree. But overall definitely recommend this place.

Pizza was great! Place was completely empty, so we felt comfortable dining in. Customers would come and carry out, pretty steadily. They have a few adult beverages available. Fountain machine is the kind with every flavor!

Gotta eat this Pie while it’s hot because if you don’t it’s gonna be awful when it starts to cool.There’s a weird texture going on with the cheese when Pizza starts to cool down.It’s kind of like chewing on cardboard when this happens if you can picture that. Didn’t like it at all when this happened. Pizza Factory has a logo that goes …. We toss ’em, they’re awesome. What they forgot to tell you is that they’re awesome as long as they’re hot but not good at all once they start to cool. Won’t be going back for seconds here and I recommend that you don’t go there at all! Round Table and Mountain Mike’s are close to Pizza Factory and are much more better choices is you’re hungry for Pizza.
