I love the seafood here! Service was super fast at my visit today. Our food was out in a max of 15 minutes. Our server Emerald was very attentive and made sure we had a good experience. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt like the food had less seasoning than normal but it was still good!

Venue was clean. The music was too loud they had a DJ. I’m not sure what they’re trying to attract. We got seated immediately and ordered our food the same time as our drinks. It took a long time to receive our food I waved down our waitress since she didn’t bother to check on us and asked her about our food she said there was a large party and they ordered way before us. Although the place had many empty tables when we arrived. She also didn’t offer to check on the status. It took 45 minutes to get our food. The crawfish, shrimp, chicken fingers, whiting and fries were good. We had to ask for refills to our drinks. We still gave her 15% tip.

The food was terrible today. The fried shrimp was unseasoned and all the breading was coming off it. Did not eat it so I basically spent money on food I didn’t eat. Waitress was nice but not attentive at all. I had to get up and look for her to get my sauce. Where I found her and 2 other waitresses at a table on their phones. Not to mention that we were at a table that was wiggly and had no napkins.

Food was good. My server was Linn and she was very attentive. I had to knock off a star because I had 2 mushy shrimp in my pound of shrimp and I wasn’t able to pay in cash because the restaurant nor any of the servers had change. I had the exact amount of coins but not even the manager had access to get me change for a $20 dollar bill. Other than that everything went well.

So if you go ask for Pooh and you will not be disappointed. Pooh was attentive, noticed we were having a working meeting, and appropriately paced the food. Everything was delivered with a smile and wonderful energy!

I am totally a JUICY CRAB FAN! Not for each one I have visit… but for the ones Which I received positive vibes, amazing customer service and delicious seafood!! Seafood prepared with expertise and served with perfection energy. This moment was very special for me.. and I solely came here to take a brief last moment to say “ GIRL I AM PROUD OF YOU” …. Drink on me!!! Then Tionna appeared with a confirming “YOU DID THAT” smile….she was inviting, consistent and long standing with JC!! She actually confirmed my decision to dine here… A DECISION WELL MADE…. Another phrase of my victory well WON AND CELEBRATED
