Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery 30 minutes before closing and they took my order no problem other places would say it’s too late. The driver had great communication when he couldn’t find my address on the gps and still arrived fast. Pizza was alright, I would recommend and order from here again. Also they deliver free so make sure to tip the driver good.

I ordered Eggplant parmigiana with what I thought was a side of capellini. It’s how I’ve been ordering eggplant parmigiana for years. What I got was an order of capellini with a thin layer of eggplant on top, it was basically a pasta dish. I just moved to CT and I’m looking to find a great Italian take out place, (I’m Italian and cook quite well)! What I received tonight is definitely not an order of “Eggplant Parmigiana”. My husband wasn’t a big fan of his pizza either, the sauce had a bit too much acid. I’m disappointed but I know one thing, looks like I wont be going back to Stella’s unfortunately! So my search continues!!!

It may look like run-of-the-mill stripmall pizza, but Stella’s is better than just average. It’s a small family owned and operated restaurant with heart where they’ve taken the usual recipes and made them their own. Pizza crust is thin and chewy, but crispy on the edge. The sauce runs a little sweet, but the cheese…there’s so much delicious cheese and they don’t skimp on the toppings either. The house-made rolls are warm and fluffy, and taste good enough to ruin your appetite on a half dozen of them. Salads are generous with a good mix of greens and fresh. Service is fantastic and friendly with a smile and jovial attitude that we loved. Prices are perfect!
