Subs are always great, and the service is just as great. Clean restaurant and they get people in and out when there is a long line.

Workers were friendly and attentive but sub sandwiches were not worth the money. And take out root beer did not have enough syrup.

I ordered a sub for my birthday today and Kira helped me over the phone as the award was not coming over on my app. I didn’t get the guy’s name that helped me but he knew of order and said that the points would show when I entered my number. He told me no worries, that I looked like a stand up dude and told me happy birthday, as did the entire team. Awesome group of people working here and everyone is a true asset to the business. Cannot thank you all enough for making my birthday even better!

Great employees. I didn’t care to much for the taste of the gluten free bread. But besides that the rest of the sandwich was fresh and delicious. Will try lettuce wrap instead of toasted gf bun

I gave a bad review a few weeks for jersey mike in mauldin. My sub sandwich wasn’t good. I even mentioned that Jimmy John’s sandwiches were better. Well I decided to give jersey mike another chance, only at a different location. The Jersey Mike on Augusta Rd, sandwich that I’d ordered tasted a lot better. I guess every location isn’t going to be the same. The Augusta Rd location, their vegetables were a lot fresher not to mention, the asked if I wanted oil, vinegar an salt and pepper which I didn’t think to ask about salt, pepper, vinegar or oil at the mauldin location before I didn’t realize that they had it nor was it offered to me. Besides that the cashier at both locations were and are polite. I’ll visit the Jersey Mike again, but only at the Augusta Rd location.

If you don’t hear the words “mike’s way” leave my mouth, don’t drench my sandwich in liquids and onions. Two times at this location now but jersey mikes messing up my simple order seems to be a regular thing

I will say as always the food is good and the two women working were very nice.HOWEVER, You can see for yourself there is no reason a sub should look like this! We were the only two in the place, the two women weren’t busy. The food looks like this, we bought $120.00 in gift cards and were supposed to get 6 free sub cards for buying them. I asked three times was told it was on his account. Nope, one card in the bag! Also she didn’t allow him to put the points on his account for each card. So for 6 cards and two subs he earned 46 points. That’s bad business.
