Horrible customer service we come here all the time because pizza is my favorite food and the cost is great. They get mad when you want your pizza a certain way and get mad when you correct them, it happens almost every time. They need the workers from the Whitehorse rd location, they’re great and the pizza is always exactly as asked. I would post a picture of the burnt pizza but I’ve already sent it back. Only gave 1start because I couldn’t put 0.

Isn’t cheese & pepperoni supposed to be hot & ready? They only make cheese pizza “hot & ready” after 4pm. Even then it’s never ready. 5:30pm, 8pm. Never. And every time they say “it’s gonna be at least a 10-15 min wait. Do you want to wait??” Like they’re hoping you’ll say no so they don’t have to make it. There are a couple of employees who are nice but several girls there with big attitudes. A lot of them are also young and just stand around talking in the back instead of getting work done. The pizza isn’t that good either, it’s like they put cheese in a swirl with huge gaps of sauce.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The pizza was just basic pizza but that is normal for Little Caesars. My biggest complaint is an employee there. While I did not get her name, we visited the location on Saturday, April 8, 2023 around 5:45 PM. That particular employee was working the drive-through area. We had about 15 young ladies on our basketball team, who were waiting on me to return with pizza for them to enjoy before their next basketball game began. I ordered four pizzas and some crazy bread, and she gave me eight napkins. I told her I would need more because I was trying to feed a group of young people. She refused. Literally refused and said, she was only giving me two napkins per pizza. I told her that I needed more and did not understand why she could not give me enough napkins for 15 kids. She says that’s just how it is and basically told me just to deal with it. Just very rude and uncalled for. If I’m spending money at your establishment the least you can do is provide me with enough napkins. Geesh!

Average Little Caesar’s. They messed up and gave me the wrong pizza, all good, it happens. When my husband went to exchange it for the right one. The employee too the wrong one and put it right back into the warmer. I saw this from the car. We’ve also been trying to call the store for the 2 hours and not a single soul would answer.

My baby is obsessed with Little Caesars and it’s usually his Friday dinner request. I’m gluten free but it’s so nice that I can pick up an affordable quick dinner for my kids. The workers are always friendly at the window and my kids always say the pizza is good.

My last experience here was nothing but bad. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza. I had to wait so I thought it would be fresh but the pizza came out half fresh and half burnt( looked like they gave me a half fresh pizza and the other half used), plus it wasn’t the pepperoni pizza ordered. I then called to let them know about it and asked if I could go ahead and make it for me since I’ve already waited. The young lady on the phone said she would but when I received my pizza it was a cheese. So, I had to wait for 30 minutes almost to get my pepperoni pizza when I was told she would right back with it.

Food was tasty but they didn’t cut the pizza or the bread sticks all the way which made it really messy to eat. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a breeze. The staff was super nice. Will be trying it again another time, hopefully they learn how to cut pizza by then.

Little Caesars Pizza serves good pizzas $10-$20 dollars can feed the family for dinner ️ there is no dine in at this location but they offer takeout and delivery orders can be made online app. Walk-in for hot-n-ready takeout on select pizzas they offer for faster convenience and in a hurry offer great wings and custom pizzas also food for everybody .

They have a drive thru.(great for all size vehicles) I ordered at the window and they gave me a buzzer for when my pizzas where ready. Bought 3- 3 meat treats and 2 cheese pizzas. 3 meat treats were loaded with meat.(way more that expected) an had the right amount of sauce an cheese. The 2 cheese pizzas was the same PERFECT. This is the 1st Little Ceasars that we have gotten from that all the pizzas where PERFECT. My family will be going to this location from now on.
