I was looking for a new place to try for lunch. This place is overpriced and not that great. I ordered the 3 quesabirria tacos, consome, and a dragon fruit aguafresca. They charge for extra sauce, onions, hot sauce, just about anything. The tacos were juicy, but not a lot of flavor. The restaurant itself was dingy and not a lot of thought put in to keep people dining in. The best part of the meal was the dragon fruit aguafresca. That was amazing. I almost drank it all before finishing my first taco. I would go back for the drink, but hold off on the food. Their website isn’t that great either when trying to check out the menu. I stood there for a while when trying to order to be acknowledged and then they took some other people’s order before mine, so the service wasn’t impressive considering it was pretty empty when I got there. The tables have solo cups with a couple of napkins. And if you don’t pay cash they charge you more for card, but no signs or anything posted about it.

I’ve been a customer since they were selling these DELICIOUSSSS quesabirrias out of their home. I now live in the South Mountain area, around 7th Street and Broadway and am more than willing to make the drive out here because the flavor the quality is exquisite! Nothing else I’ve tried has even come close to the taste here, and of course it’s always nice to support a family business. Very hardworking people and they truly deserve all the success for their business! Pictured is the combo for 2, $54ish after tax and includes 2 drinks!

I called at 3:30 on a sunday ordered my food, went by 15 minutes later to pick it up and they were closed. Why would they answer the phone and take my $60 order if they are closed and had 0 intentions of making the food. Ill try at another time and give an updated review lol

Amazing experience here. Food was absolutely delicious (Birria Tacos, Quesabirria) and we had a Horchata to top it off. Would recommend anyone go out of their way to eat here.

Awesome quesabirria, can’t get enough of them. this place does them right compared to 90% of places. Most places always are able to get 2 of the 3 criteria but not all of them. First criteria is that they’re actually able to get the flavor just right, personally if food feels like a chore to eat or just feels generic for that particular food then you didn’t meet the criteria, this place has a really good flavor and it’s difficult to beat. Criteria number 2 is texture and preparation; this is actually the first time I’ve eaten a quesabirria while driving because they’re so easy to eat, you can literally pick it up and its easy to bite into without being messy, it’s crunchy and just right when it comes to cheese, but at the same time when you go home and eat the rest with condiments its even better despite being good on their own. Last criteria can be a hit or miss for some but it’s important to me, would you drive 20 minutes for more? It’s important because if you’re willing to drive 25 minutes to get more they’re actually good good, I personally would. I’d give this place a 9.0; only reason is that I’ve had better consume and ive had quesabirria that edged it out in flavor (barely) and if they got that right that would bump it to 9.7. I’ve never had a 10 before and a 10 to me is something I can eat the rest of my life and I’ve never found anything like that, plus I don’t trust people who say a place is a 10/10 lmao
