Good food. I got the New York Steamer, and so did my stepdad, and my sister and my mom got the meatball sub. My sister got the kids one, so she got a hat and a rice krispie treat. We also got bags of chips for everyone, and I tried every flavor of Coke Zero, because they have one of those fun Coca-cola Freestyle machines. Hint: Cherry Vanilla is the best flavor. My sub was good, the meat was nice and toasty, but the cheese was almost non-existent and overtaken by the sauce. I can’t say for mostly anyone else, but my sister thinks her sub was really good, and my mom thought the same, and so did my stepdad. So, I will give this place five stars, even though my sub was only worth four.

Food service was slow, 1 food service worker wasn’t wearing head gear and 1 was wearing jewelry in his nose. You couldn’t tell if he was dripping snot or sweat in the food. Great place to have some adult supervision.

Three employees and three customers took over 20 minutes for us to get our sandwiches, they didn’t even need to be heated up. Slow slow slow!! Don’t waste your time at this location unless all you have is time!

We came in for a quick lunch, there were no other customers so we were waited on immediately, great! Took quite a long time for two sandwiches, but luckily hubby and I enjoy each other’s company. Here’s the bad part, my sandwich was missing half it’s meat and the little that was there didn’t fit the whole bun. Super bummed!

I waited for 40m for what should have taken maybe 15m max. Food wasn’t great. Saw many walk out and heard others complaining. Last time there. Previous times the sandwiches were not as good as other locations have been. Sucks cause it is so close to us.

Always disappointed in this store when I order. I ask for no cheese yet every time I get my order and it has cheese. It would be greatly appreciated if they taught the employees how to read and follow the directions of the order that was placed. It really does ruin the food when you can’t eat it.

This is stupid and will cost Firehouse in the long run. This place used to be decent but has been over run with incompetent lazy workers without proper safety or sanitation standards.

It was Tuesday at noon. I walked in and literally nobody was in line. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait due to online orders. ???? Have at least one person doing inside guests. Or just say for online orders only and keep everyone out. I always stop by here for lunch.
