We’ve been going to Yoon for at least 7 years and have never been dissatisfied. The owners are so hospitable! Food comes out exceptionally, sushi chefs know their fish and create pieces of art on every plate. I’ve never experienced a restaurant like this.

The food, service, and staff were so great here that I went 2 days in a row! Hands down the BEST sushi I have ever had! It was fresh, tasted amazing, service was quick, and everything was clean. The layout of the restaurant is modern and elegant and welcoming. I will definitely be back again!

I really hate to do this, but there was something off. I ordered the Chirashi and the tuna had a funny rubbery texture, and left red dye on my rice where it sat. I’ve never had fresh tuna that had that texture or needed added coloring. Also all the other sashimi was not served cold but almost room temp which was off-putting to me. One last critique was that the salmon roe didn’t have the same saltiness I’m used to elsewhere.

It’s amazing how being hundreds of miles inland you can get such fresh sushi. I took my son here for his birthday with the family. Best sushi OTP and as good or better than what you can find ITP. The service was excellent. We got our order in less than 8 minutes. Excellent presentation and great atmosphere. I will definitely be back again. I’ve been to all lower 48 states and this is my all around favorite sushi bar. Definitely a great place to take the wife or impress a date. The music volume and lighting are perfect. Thank you Yoon!

The best sushi I have ever had. I ordered 2 orders of eight Avocado rolls. I was eating them so fast, I almost choked. It was fresh and yummy. I will back. This was what’s left when I realized I didn’t take a picture. I couldn’t wait to finish all 4 in seconds .
