Love the atmosphere and the food was ok. Could have been better. I found the chicken to be a bit dry. And the peppers not cooked down enough. We had the chicken fajitas, wings and shrimp appitzer . Also enjoyed the decor.

El Balón had good good but the service needs to step up. There were only 3 tables seated when we visited and they messed up on orders, gave us uncooked tortilla chips, regular guacamole when we ordered spicy, I could go on. I can’t imagine what service is like when it gets full.

Had lunch today (Good Friday). Ridge Hill was bustling. Ordered mojitos, guacamole, and tacos (fish, mushroom, and the chili pork)… delicious all around. We had same waiter as the last time (which was our first time, before Christmas). Service was coordinated, had separate Staff for cleaning, food delivery, in addition to waiter and a hostess to seat us. All were polite and friendly. Music was good volume.

Do whatever you can to avoid this place as service is just horrible. Takes for ever for food to arrive, no ships and Salsa at the table. They don’t take your order right and are not friendly at all. It’s unfortunate as the location is great and a good Mexican food would be ideal.
