I recently visited Aurelio’s Pizza in Villa Park and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They even gave my daughter free food while we waited for our takeout pizza because she was hungry. The pizza itself was delicious with a perfect crust and generous toppings. I highly recommend Aurelio’s Pizza for their friendly service and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

Fast forward to today, not very good. After finding mystery hair in the pizza twice, that is enough for me. Orders are late. Definitely not the quality that it once was.

Had an incredibly unique experience today. We ordered a Pizza for pickup around 11:50, requested to pick up in the usual 20-30 minutes, but then called back because of something unexpected to let them know we were going to be late picking up our pizza order. The lady on the phone said she was going to cancel our order because it was “odd” that we would order for a specific time and then call back to let them know we were going to be late. Not sure if this lady literally never had anything unexpected come up cuz her life is so perfect, or if she was just hungry and wanted to eat our pizza, but she said she would hold on to it for us to pick up. Despite reassuring her that we would be there as soon as possible, she canceled our order and it was no longer available to pick up when we actually arrived sooner than we told her we would. All for the best, we ended up getting mod pizza and won’t be returning to this particular Aurelio’s location. We got a really those downtown all the time. Thank God for normal people in the city

We ordered delivery at 502 pm on a Tuesday online. Pizza never showed. Credit card was charged and no one answered the phone. I was on hold for over 25 minutes with no person coming to the phone. Update the pizza shower 2 hours and 20 minutes later which at that time we had already fed the family and declined the food. The driver said he understood because it was so late. ***UPDATE: i called later that same evening and spoke with the manager who said they got slammed stating they couldnt even answee the phone for a coue hours, apologized and refunded the money.

They were so kind. Tonight, in a major snowstorm they made one last delivery. We had come in for my Dad’s funeral and very few places were delivering since it was New Year’s Day. The pizza was hot when we got it. The delivery person was kind. The mushrooms were hot and tasty too. The canolli was good too( and not hot from the other food items.) Everything was excellent: food, service, and hospitality. Thank You.

This place is AWESOME!! I had heard alot of great things about Aurelio’s, but had never been close enough to one to try it. We stopped at the location off of Summit and IL-83 and met an awesome lady named Carol!! She was fantastic and gave us some great suggestions. Not only were her suggestions spot on, her conversation was great as Well! I definitely plan to visit this location (specifically) the next time I’m in Chicago. Carol made the experience truly worth it. The pizza wasn’t greasy what so ever and it also had incredible flavor and was cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and complimented the flavor of the pizza sauce and cheese. The fresh garlic took everything and blew it out of the water!! This place is definitely worth it!! STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND GO!!!
