This place is fantastic the chicken so moist, so juicy, done correctly. At first i thought, ok a little pricey but then once I tried the flavors…i really really don’t think the price is bad at all. To be honest it was some of the better food Ive tried in long time. Fresh ingredients, experience on the grill, and flavor profile is off the charts. A real professional has put this menu together. The atmosphere is awesome, you can hang out on hammocks and swings all over the place. And they even serve espresso coffee. Whats not to love?

My friend and I had the Steak Shashlik. It was so delicious!! The meat was perfectly grilled on a bed of grilled veggies.. also super tasty. We had a side of hummus and pita that was out of this world. Thanks Koby’s for an amazing dinner!!!

I live in the neighborhood, came here with my husband for a quick lunch date. I am vegan and they have vegan friendly options. The atmosphere is amazing and serene. The food was flavorful and presentation was upscale for outdoor dining. I asked about the Moroccan tea (is it from Morocco?). Although it isn’t it was delicious. Not as good as the tea I’ve had in Marrakesh but good. The only improvement I see is the pick up window. Going back and forth to the window even as other guests arrive can be inconvenient in addition to getting parts of your order each trip. Overall a great experience and I will be back for another hummus platter.

Tasty food at Koby’s! Perfectly grilled steak, chicken and kofta. Hummus was amazing, bread, all of it, much better than expected. I give 5 stars on atmosphere because, who doesn’t want to eat a scrumptious dinner next to a babbling brook? Great little property, can’t wait to see what this place becomes. Poconos was in desperate need of Koby’s. If you’re tired of the same old, this is your new spot.
