Their food is good some stuff way to much oil. The reason I’m giving a 1 because I order food and didn’t want a topping in it or on it I get the food the first time that topping I didn’t want is on my food then I say to them I don’t want this topping on my food I get it a second time and the topping is still on my food. I asked for a salad with ranch and I get home and there’s no ranch in the bag.

Delivery experience. Do not get the lasagna. Nope. Run far away from that. Swimming in grease, oil, tough noodles, sauce and cheese all over. And under the basket top of cheese was some that looked curdled even. That would be a 1 star.

If I could give negative stars I would this used to be the only place in Holyoke to get descent pizza I only come here when I don’t feel like driving to spfld but I think I’m going to have to it’s gotten horrible over the past year there’s no way in hell they are owned by the same ppl I just left from there with my pick up pizza cold but wings are hot portions are way smaller they cut one like in half to make it two at this place just close the doors WONT BE BACK!!!!!!!

Have ordered twice here now thru slicelife delivery app. Drivers are on time and polite. The shop called when they noticed an error after checkout. Appreciated it!! Grinder bread is yummy an squishy. Large!! Love the pizza. Flavorful hot an topped with just right amt of toppings. I like the crust too i normally don’t eat the top of crust but it’s good! Quesadilla was yummy. Was excited to see they offer hotdogs! Its a good sized one. Only slite negative is id have preferred a slice of real cheese not cheese sauce an real bacon strip not bacon crumbles cuz it was messy but…it was yummy so i forgive you lol

Ordered chicken quesadilla and it hardly had any chicken on it I called and they said sorry won’t happen again. Ordered a steak and cheese grinder and that also hardly had any steak on. Was basically just bread. Been ordering from here for the last 5 years and within the last year they hardly put any meat on anything they don’t care about replacing the order and you don’t get even close to a full meal. Their pizza is the only thing that comes out normal and is the only thing I’ll order from now on.
