Drink was made bad. The reason I am giving this bad review however was I asked for a cup of water after paying for the $5 drink and she said, yeah but it costs money. I get it, gotta cover the cost of the cup and everything, but really? What’s more valuable, a .15 cup or a customers experience and willingness to come back.

I mean…The lady was nice.. But drink was made horribly wrong. An Iced green tea latte shouldn’t fill up a venti cup halfway full of foam… Although the staff seemed friendly, it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing.

Saw commercial for the new strawberry funnel cake with my grandson. Next we knew we were in the car and on our way. No line, friendly service, excellent drinks. Thank you Brianna ( I think that was her name)

Took forever. Employees would stop to chit chat. No urgency and moved like sloths. Go to another location if you are in any kind of hurry. Employees were not friendly either.

This is the only starbucks I will go to here in st george. They are always fast, and when they are busy they move as fast as they can. They work hard and they sometimes are finished before our conversation is even finished. Everytime I go here I feel welcome. After my first two times going there I don’t even need to say my order because they already know what I want. They take the time to get to know their customers.

The coffee was good, but we had to wait in line for 15 minutes and then she didn’t have a dark brew, so we had to wait for a pour over. During this time the other employee left to go on break or lunch. It should not have taken 30 minutes to get a black coffee.

The girls who work here are always so nice! I gave 4 stars because unless I say no coffee in my double chocolate chip frap they put it (even though it’s a non coffee product) also ask for an extra pump of chocolate and it’s killer! Highly recommend this place these girls work hard!
