I don’t post a ton of reviews but it really makes me sad to see some bad reviews for this place. I agree it’s abit pricey (I got rice balls + 2 protein bowl, came out to be $22 ish) but ALL poke places are pricey! Anything related to fish is pricey!

It was my first time coming but the servicewas a really unpleasant experience. The older gentleman seemed very agitated for some reason and seemed to take it out on me? Only when I started getting irritated that the attitude changed.

Okay, so I’m going to say that most of the reviews that I read were fairly spot on. Kind of overpriced for what you get. Customer service is absolute zero. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because the tuna wasn’t trash and the sushi rice was nice. Several issues with the order. Forgot the tobiko and what was labeled as watermelon radishes on the menu is actually just plain red radishes. First time, last time.

I liked Poke Bowl 365 Trio better than the Don Don Cup Pop, but overall it was pretty good. Wish the spicy sauce was spicier. Portions are pretty good and the meals came with a small miso soup and shrimp crackers wish provide a good change up in texture. Facilities are clean, Service was friendly, waited about 8 minutes for our food. I’ll probably come back to try different things.

Wow! This place is killer. I wish I could give it 6 stars. The staff was super friendly, the food tasted excellent. Extremely pleased. It’s been open six months. Not sure why it was empty but maybe it’s in a weird location by the highway, but damn it’s fantastic. We got the Ahi Tower. We will be back and will be recommending it to everybody. Definitely, definitely go eat there!

I wanted to give this place a try, and won’t be coming back. The menu was very confusing, be easier if it was being made as you order like a subway for example. They barely gave me anything as you can see.. This cost $15 and it did not fill me up.

Excellent service first and foremost. They came out to check if everything was OK multiple times and bring extra sauces. Food was fresh and presented well. Smaller portions relative to some other Poke bowls around even with large but filling if you get a full rice base. Spicy tuna is made with dry spice rather than spicy aioli. Overall good lunch and looking forward to them sticking around.

I appreciate the poke bowl, but the customer service is extremely poor. The guy at the counter is arrogant and extremely rude. Like I thought it was just me or the guy was having a bad day until reading the other reviews. They could easily have a higher rating but the service is what is pulling their business down.
