The receptionist returned as ask if there was something wrong I told her the hamburger was burnt. She said we will prepare again I told her to cancel my order, the waiter never came back to my table. I’ve been coming to chilis and my son loves chilis. I asked my son where he wants to go to dinner for our family night he said he wants to go to chilis. I am very disappointed of the way the server Vanessa didn’t properly explained and on top of that the manager Ayla came out like she was already ready to tell me know face. All I wanted is for them to explained it clearly then my kids would’ve gotten the other option which they like. What upsetting the most is the manager had a big time attitude more than Vanessa did. With an attitude of so what do you want me to do?? With her big eyes looks like mad like I’m bothering her with my complain. As a manager I understand that might pretty busy but you also need to cater to your customers. I didn’t think that she wants to help me at all. I never experience such a rude way to solve a problem with any customer. So I didn’t want to embarrass myself I felt like being attacked by them. I am just sad that this is one of our favorite place to go now it’s more like arg. This is bad management and knowing that I know someone that works there felt like a threat to that employee by saying oh so you know him right uhhuh. I will let him know also ! Her reaction was very concerning just because I had concern. Not fit for a manager!! Made my high pressure go up smh. Only if they have 0 star but I’ll give 1 star for the other nicer server.

Ordered southwestern egg rolls and a bowl of baked potato soup, to-go. Egg rolls were good. But they gave me not even 1/2 a cup of this cheesy goo with hardly any potatoes in it (see pics below for measurement). I’m disappointed because I paid for a bowl. And even if I had actually ordered a cup, this definitely isn’t even enough to fulfill that size either. I got gypped.

Burgers never look as pictured on the menu, BUT the burgers we had tonight…WOOOW!! I had Alex’s Santa fe with extra roasted jalapeño and the Santa fe sauce on the side. I cannot begin to describe the flavors and juiciness of this burger. The down side were the fries(meh)! Our server was great, I was truly impressed. NOTE the burger is very spicy.

The carnitas fajitas were great. Lunch portion was just the right size. Came with chicken tortilla soup. Although chicken doesn’t seem fresh, the soup tastes good. Altogether, spent less than $10 everything included.
