We moved to Hudson recently and saw the new coconut rice sign and have been waiting to try it out. It did not disappoint!! Both dishes we tried were very flavorful and the curry had a good amount of spice. We will definitely be back again soon to try some more items!

What a wonderful addition to Hudson! The service was quick, hospitality was very kind and accommodating to dietary needs- they knew vegan needs and easily answered questions. The pad Thai was delicious and the vegetarian sampler was a perfect array of appetizers. I look forward to trying more dishes in the future.

So excited to see they have my favorite dish, khao soi, and could make it vegetarian. Service was friendly and prompt. We dined in, but noticed many take out orders being prepared and picked up. A welcome addition to the vibrant food scene in Hudson!

**Coconut Rice Hudson** We tried a new place on lower Main Street tonight that had just opened. Friendly staff, very clean, and delicious choices. Nicely made soups also. Step inside and be greeted with a smile.

Inside looks nice. We ate outside under an umbrella. The picnic tables need to have old paint scraped, sanded, and repainted. The food is very good. My friend had a yellow curry with shrimp and vegetable dish, and I had Orange Duck with white rice and vegetables. Orange sauce was just a tiny spicy. We will return.

We finally ordered takeout, and were extremely pleased with the results. Our pad thai and penang curry chicken were both as good as some of the best Thai meals we have had in the past. We’re very excited to have these people as our new neighbors, and look forward to many years of excellent Thai food.

We did take out after a day at the beach and this certainly hit the spot! Food was ready quickly but did not sacrifice flavor and quality along the way. This is a lovely addition to Hudson’s vibrant restaurant scenic and we certainly will be back, again!

Bland food. “Peanut sauce” was just sweet chili sauce with chopped peanuts. Dumplings and rangoons were flavorless. Chicken was chewy. Spring rolls were also tough and chewy. Pad Thai was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Staff was polite and friendly but the food was not good.
