You MUST visit this place. One of the best places I have ever been. I had a wonderful cheeseburger and fries, but it’s the service that makes this place amazing. Don’t let the outside fool you, give this place a shot. It’s family owned for generations. Three generations work at the restaurant and they are all so welcoming and kind. Amazing, amazing, amazing. They are open from 3am till 1pm and serve breakfast and lunch. You will not be disappointed.

I was here in July ’21 with my sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Randall Glenn. He told me it was the best BBQ in Eastern AR. After lunch, I had to admit he was right. When I get back to visit them in Parkin again I’ll be sure to take them here for lunch.

For the same price as a DQP meal at McD’s, you can do much better at the City Café. You’ll get a huge, fresh double cheeseburger with all the fixings served quickly by a friendly staff. The spicy fries are a great companion for the monster burger. Top is off with a sweet tea and you’re eating far better for the same money!
