What is it with these commercial nationwide pizza chains over-salting their pizzas?????? I got the meat lover’s pizza and it tasted like a salt lick for a horse. I can no longer buy pizzas from Breadeaux if salt is gonna be the main ingredient. Sad cuz their dough is pretty good. BACK OFF THE SALT!!!!

We used to love your pizza but the last few times its been super greasy and the crust is either raw or just so soggy from grease (maybe both?) its not edible. You cant even hold the slice to eat it because the crust is too soggy and doesn’t hold its form, toppings slide right off and onto the plate. I don’t know what happened, your pizza used to be good but we probably wont be wasting our money ordering from you again. Its worthy of one star because delivery was fast and pizza is always hot.

Quality pizza every time. Delivery is usually a little faster than they estimate. Been there a hundred times and they got my order wrong ONCE and gave me the mess-up pizza for free. Super nice staff.

I was traveling through town for work And randomly chose them, I had them delivered to the hotel I was staying and discovered I made a mistake and ordered the wrong pizza, they were very gracious and sent out a second pizza at no charge, in fact the the delivery driver even refused to take the 2nd tip. The food was excellent and the customer service was even better. I was extremely happy with the entire experience

We experienced the best service from all 5 employees that where working this evening. It was better customer service than I’ve had anywhere in a long time. It was awesome. We dined in. All the employees made us feel super welcome and attended to. The food was good and hot. The place was amazingly clean. Love that. They honored an online coupon that they didn’t offer in store without hesitation! It was an unexpected and awesome experience. If only all people/places had their service…. Kudos to the Pleasant Hill team. It was our first time at your store. It definately won’t be the last.
