We happened to go on a very slow day and we got casual, quick, and friendly service before we headed to the airport.

Hell yeah. These folks know how to make food. I went for small bites instead of a burger, but I will be back for a burger soon.

Japanese twists on American comfort foods are the name of the game at Humble Potato. The space is super casual with communal seating and has a comfortable urban feel. The food definitely didn’t disappoint. My son and I tried a few things and each was full of flavor and nicely blended American and Japanese styles. I really enjoyed the Katsu Kare Sando with jalapeno slaw. My son also tried a sandwich, the Yakiniku sliced ribeye with provolone, grilled onions and shichimi togarashi on a garlic-butter roll. Both were fantastic and went well with the shichimi garlic parmesan fries which were piping hot and perfectly crispy. Definitely check out Humble Potato for inventive Japanese-American fusion and friendly staff in a relaxing setting.

I can’t say much about this place but that it seems to always deliver the goods. I’ve yet to be disappointed. I’ve had several items from their menu and while pleased by all of them, their Curry Burger has to be my favorite. Tots are a must if your feeling extra hungry.

Good burgers and fries at the Humble Potato. You can also get some really good curry as well. A nice casual spot for Japanese inspired burgers and meals. They have some good Japanese style curry over rice too. Make sure you add a egg on whatever you get and don’t worry you won’t break the bank. Trust me you won’t be disappointed at the Humble Potato.

First off love the name Humble Potato but they weren’t very humble with the potatoes. You would think that the sandwich or burger would come with some sort of potato side, it doesn’t. I will say the taste is amazing, so many flavors and textures that go well together. I recommend having the three little pig tots and the katsu kare sando.

EVERYTHING sounded good on the menu and we had a hard time deciding. Doesn’t matter what you get it’s all good. Blindly pick if you have to, you won’t be sorry.

Wow this burger was amazing. Super large and filling. Flavor overall was pretty good. And the fries were really crispy even though I drove probably about five minutes home before ate them. I would like to go back and try more things on the menu but just stuck with the burger and fries for the first time around. I admit it was hard to get a sense of what the food was like from the menu once I got it I was pleased.

Happy Hour 3-7pm! Beer and sake were good and included in the HR pricing. Their tempeh dishes are outstanding – tempeh has a wonderful nutty flavor. Small space with more seating in the back (outdoor!), inside has a large TV for watching sports.
