Ordered the pretzel bites, chips and salsa and 2 orders of wings. All of the food was delicious. My only qualm was that when the pretzel bites and chips came out we were not given side plates, cutlery or napkins. Again had to ask when the wings finally came out. Otherwise the service was very friendly. Wings cooked really nicely with lots of sauce on the original buffalo and general Tao.

It’s a fairly decent place, however, I think they’re pretty over-priced in general as far as their food. Not sure about the price of their alcoholic drinks. I also suspect their wait staff is short handed. Our last waitress was super friendly and seemed fairly efficient but it appeared that she was trying to take care of way too many tables at once.

Our server was excellent, however at 10:50pm, I was denied a drink by the bartender—Ashley because she alleged they were “closed”. I acknowledged the fact they weren’t closed for another ten minutes and mind you there were at least six other tables still eating in the restaurant, AND two people sitting at the bar. When her standby manager asked what happened, he told her that I was able to be served a beverage at that time, so she came back and told me she would make it. It was at that point though that I no longer wanted to spend any more money there. I work in a restaurant— and you serve people up until closing time, not just until you feel like it. I even tipped really good so it was disappointing.

Food is as good as it’s always been. Service is very adequate. Just wish they could automatically deduct tips on Sundays, because the servers receiving prayers and blessings that they can’t use to pay their bills is pretty awful.

I came in with my daughter and grandkids June 23rd 2023. Our server did a terrible job. Messed up our orders, She was on her phone and talking for 20 mins after we sat down. Looked at us several times before coming to our table and saying she didn’t realize we were there. It was not busy at all inside as cruise night and everything’s was going on. Had to have another server put in a to go order and refill my beer as our waitress was no where to be found. I am a server and I would never service a table or customers in such a way. It was a huge turn off to this place and that sucks because I love coming in here for Chicken nachos and beer.
