The food was fine but saw them making my sandwich with bare hands. When asked about why weren’t they using gloves when handling food, I was told that the employees wash their hands every 30 minutes. I am not too happy with the response. Doesn’t justify not wearing gloves. 🙁

I took the fam here in a pinch after church. The kids were excited until we arrived home and discovered a few items missing. I called and informed them and they said those items weren’t included because I was not charged for them. 1) give people what they order 2) my receipt showed I was indeed charged for the items. Very annoying.

I got the five peace chicken tenders and trued out all of the dipping sauces the had to choose from and most of them (BBQ, honey mustard and their special KFC sauce) were all too sweet. The ranch was kinda salty but on the bland side. I ended up using the hot sauce to fix the BBQ to my liking.

I didn’t notice anything wrong with customer service. Sandwish was a little dry but not too bad. But the chicken made me feel sick for few days. I understand it’s fried chicken but it’s way too oily and chicken tastes old! I don’t think I will eat fried chicken for the next month or so and I will definetly not come back here.

I would have agreed with all the negative reviews posted here previously, but this place has really improved recently. For what I order there, it can’t be beat. I think they had a complete inside renovation, maybe also a change in management or ownership, I don’t really now, but the results are fantastic. I’ve been getting lunch to go here once or twice a month for the past year or so. It has been consistently great for many months now. My favorite order is original recipe dark meat 2 or 3 pieces with a side of coleslaw or mashed potatoes and gravy. Their sandwich is good too. Easy to order online, and the food is ready in 5 minutes. Remember, it’s KFC. I have no interest in non-meat chicken or trendy grilled meat. (Go to El Pollo Loco to get that done right!) By all means, if you don’t like KFC, don’t go there! But if you crave it sometimes like I do, this is the best location around and, for many months now, it doesn’t disappoint.
