Slower drive thru I’ve ever experienced in my life. I tried going when it was new the area, figured it was because of new employees, etc. NOPE! Bank on at least 10-15+ minutes for fast food. Great taste though with the last breakfast foods ordered, but we avoid it often due to the time it requires.

Order was correct but the food quality was not good. My burger looked like whoever made my burger hated their job and it wasn’t even hot it was warm not like a fresh burger should prepared and served. Fries were cold and nasty. I will not be going back.

I understand being short staffed, but every time I have attempted to go through for breakfast, no one has answered the drive-through. I can see someone inside, and someone’s vehicle is parked outside, but no one answers…..they should at least answer to let you know they’re opening late. I have been through four times, and I’ve only gotten a response/been able to order food once (during lunch hours). Maybe consider opening later if there’s never a possibility of actually being open at your posted times. It says the restaurant should open at five, I always try to go through around 5:30-5:45 because of my work schedule and every time I’ve sat waiting and never got a response. It’s incredibly poor business practice.

The young man Logan was very pleasant and professional. All the men I saw were kind and smiled as I waited for my fresh food. It was hotter than hot. The cleanest Hardee’s w the most pleasant customer representatives I hv been to.

It took a while to get my breakfast sandwich and I was hoping that that would mean that it would be named fresh. I ordered a Frisco sandwich. The insides seemed freshly done, but the bread was barely toasted (the pic on the order menu made it look grilled). I could tell the sandwich was microwaved because the bread was very chewy. And the plain biscuit was not $2.00 size.

Everything was great, except the dining tables and floor was super dirty. We had to clean our own table before sitting down. The drive thru was busy, but they had plenty of time to clean the dining area and chose not to for some reason.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup only. Got on the highway and opened it up to find 2 patties, onions and mustard. No ketchup, pickles or cheese. Receipt said the correct order. “Only” is not the same as “no.” In the past, I’ve never had an issue during previous visits so didn’t check my order before leaving. Now I know better.

They lock their doors whenever they feel like it!! You get out of your car, in the rain, and can’t even get into the dining room…no sign on the door, nothing. This has happened multiple times. We are done! They need new management for sure.

I will have to say the employees did not pay attention to what was going on at the register. Not a good experience. The food was good at this restaurant, could have been better but ok. No one else in the place, customer wise, so quiet atmosphere. This place was in Indiana between the ferry and the bridge. I would go back I just wouldn’t expect much out of them.

This place is a joke. I tried to be nice and understanding because I’ve worked a LOT of fast food. But these people don’t even try. Lazy employees. Can’t even answer your phone or let your customers know you’ve closed early in the drive thru speaker. I’m pretty disappointed. They just built this place not very long ago. Hardee’s is my favorite fast food restaurant. Wish they could get it right.
