This place is the worst! Especially Dian!! Diane does not answer the phone from papa’s Johns online team and because she didn’t answer tonight, my order got canceled! Yes I finally got my food, it is not even about the food, I have enough stuff in the kitchen to eat (it is not that deep!!) With that being said she said that she answer both of my phone calls, that is true! My bigger question is why she is not answering Papa’s John’s online team??

Three times ordering, not once have they been on time or even relatively close. Always have an excuse. Manager refuses to take accountability for lying about contacting me. Needs a customer service upgrade if they plan on staying in biz, too many options to put up with mediocre service and food.

I would give a 0 stars if I could. Placed my order at 2pm yesterday got it at 4:35pm. All I had was 2 pizzas. They only had one person making pizza at the time. I told them my name and they couldn’t even get that right. Someone came in and asked for the wait time and the person making pizzas just laughed and never told him the wait time. someone also asked did they cancel the order because her order was almost done and she went to her car for something and the person making pizzas said with a! attitude “NO but do you want me to!?’ never going back here. Again if I wanted this poor customer service I would of went to McDonald’s

I spent 30$ on one pizza and a drink and the pizza had no sauce on it. Plus only the inner 4 inches had any cheese or toppings, it was a large. The delivery driver was nice at least.
