Ordered sweet and sour chicken. I thought sweet and sour chicken was coated in sauce. Instead they served this dry searing hot chicken in just minutes after I Ordered, so at least that tells me it’s not made to order. That’s not a good thing. I’m also not 100% confident all the chicken was fully cooked. And a few priced had rubbery bits in it. Waited until he heard me try to drink out of an empty glass to come back and refill the tea. I was the only one there at the time. Also very dark. Was not happy with this experience.

Great food, staff is friendly and effective, and their hot oil is phenomenal. We ordered curry shrimp and curry chicken with steamed rice. The curry sauce was delicious and you can taste the variety of spices used including the ginger. Amazing. The hot and sour soup is also on point.

Saturday night the place was packed. Our wait, although told it could be 45 min to an hour, seemed less than 30 minutes. Had drinks on the porch while waiting. Received a text that our table was ready. Started with really good fresh oysters and nice bread. My wife had the lobster tail, my son and I had their fried sampler. The lobster tail was huge and I wish I had also ordered that. My plate was also huge, but it is what it is fried and stuffed. Service was good.

Ordered from UberEats. The price for the combo and soup was decent, and they get an extra star for having the order 100% correct. However, the food was just not good. Garlic chicken was mostly peppers with tiny (think peanut-sized) pieces of chicken. The hot and sour soup was mostly broth (no meat, hardly any tofu or mushrooms). The fried rice was awful- it looked like steamed rice colored with soy- no veggies and maybe two small pieces of egg. I won’t order from here again, and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I got the wrong plate and then the waitress never came around only to drop off the check. The portion was too small for the price. No taste no flavor to it. This is not the same manager as before no other pictures on the website anyting like it really is. I was very disappointed, I will continue to go to Golden Wok they never disappoint me. This is a good place for those who have no idea of good oriental food.

Great food, great prices, wonderful service. Good value at Intimate , neighborhood stop. I love the food so much I always end up ordering an appetizer, soup, entree… ” too much ” and having enough for a second (or more) meal even during their lunch specials! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Stop by, support a small business, “shop local ” you will NOT regret It! They have a happy and loyal customer in me , great experience every time!

Was pretty skeptical before ordering take out from here but decided to wing it anyways. Ordered the lemon chicken with fried frice, the usual crab ragoon or egg roll are not included in the combos which is a negative on their side since the combo was pretty pricey…spent $10 on just rice and chicken. Disappointed on price and the way the plates are made. The quality of the food was ok but not great. Was super dead when i went in to pick up and hardly any parking available.

Thought I liked it before they closed to renovate. My husband and I were so disappointed to see that they had closed their doors, so we couldn’t wait to go back when we noticed they had opened again. All the changes took this restaurant to a whole new level for us! Love the fresh decor, attentive staff, and the new management, not to mention the FOOD! We will be regulars!!

I first started ordering from this place last year and at first food was good . The owner was always kind and if something was wrong with my order he would replace it. But these last few times my order has been screwed up. One day I called to let them know they messed up on my order and a lady named Alyssa said that it wasn’t a good time to speak to the manger because he is mad at staff right now….im like what ? You can’t fix my order and she told me that it’s not a good time right now and that I should call back in 30 minutes. Well I let that go… this next time I order a combo fried rice and got chicken fried rice….when I tried to call no one answered. Smh….I see why it’s always empty in there…..there was also a time my food tasted a little funny but me being stupid I actually gave them another chance……now I think I’m done with this place….i will just make the trip to walzem road and get better food from Thai Chalurn
