Okay so I used to the whole “ if you place a pickup or delivery we will not fill your your bowl” thing most times i don’t mind and will still place a pickup knowing my bowl will not be filled….. but last night it was a new low for us … the older woman manager was here tonight and didn’t even try to fake fill it up and it was a veggie bowl, i only wanted my $8 veggies and rice ma’am

Serving crew are very rude. Asked for half-and-half meat, but they barely put any meat in the bowl. Barbacoa, they used the tongs twice for small slivers. Had no problem loading up on rice, beans, and every other ingredient. Insisted that me asking to add a little bit is an extra meat charge. This has never been my experience at any other Chipotle in the region. I sure af won’t be back.

Arrived 2 hours before closing. They were completely out of chips. All of the chairs were put up for the night already. The tables were dirty. Rice was in a clump, beans were undercooked/hard. Sour cream was watery. Definitely not our best Chipotle experience, and we eat at other Chipotle restaurants near our house at least once a week.
