Horrible experience. First I walked in because it said my pizza was in the oven for 15 minutes. They told me it wasn’t ready yet so I sat inside and waited. Then instead of handing me my pizza they put it in the portal. I get home and open my pizza boxes and one of them looked like it had been reused because it had sauce smeared all over it, and on top of that the pizza wasn’t even cut. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning. So sad because my son loves the Italian cheese bread.

I ordered pizza this evening for supper. I , as a rule, never have problems from this store. However, the pizza seemed under cooked. The center of the crust was very soggy to the point that when picked up it immediately flopped and the cheese and toppings fell off. It was almost like somebody had spilled liquid on the pizza box before the pizza was put in. Personally I would rather have a fully cooked crust even if it takes a littke while longer to get to me. Past that this store is great. Always quick and accurate.

The pizza was awesome. They did a great job on the stuffed pretzel crust pizza. My wife and I enjoyed the pizza. The service was also very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location.

Called ahead to order a fresh deep deep dish pizza. She said it would be ready in 10 minutes which i thought was rather quick to make and pizza and bake it. When i got there is was ready and I wanted to look at it before paying for it. Not only was it not a deep deep dish, it was more like a de dish….I asked her why it’s wasn’t a deep dish she said sometimes when the dough is prepared something happens to it….Okay, why not tell me you have no deep deep dishes at the time then? It was also not cooked all the way. I won’t be back.

Never had a problem before with this place but last night my husband went to pick up our order. When he pulled to the window the workers were talking and cutting up and even looked up and seen him sitting at the window. But did not come to wait on him. Finally one of them did and our order was sitting there all this time getting cold. By the time he got it home it was so cold we had to reheat it. Needless to say we weren’t impressed at all with the service? we got….
