I always get a pizza here when I am in Park Falls, their pizza is awesome. The price is reasonable, but service could be a bit better. There are times when I am standing for quite a while before I am acknowledged. They could be short-handed, but a wave or nod letting me know they see me would be appreciated.

There are wonderful people who work here and a lot they do for customers. We waited 40 minutes or so for food but the cook waitress and bartender made us feel like family. My two kids love coming here. The food is worth the wait. We had the walleye fish fry and it was delicious. We come here a lot and I’ve seen the reviews. Everyone should understand there are three people usually working and tons of people who stop in. I am going to come again due to hard work and wonderful staff and an amazing dinner experience. Ate here twice over the weekend. Had a Walleye dinner on Friday and was pleasantly surprised on amount of food and price. Stopped next night for a pizza and it was very good. Recommend stopping to try the eats.

Poor service. Bartender looked and acted like she was on drugs. Wait time for food is anywhere from an hour to 2 hours. Cheese on their 16 inch pizza stops 2 inches from edge of crust. Had ordered take out pizza, got home it was half raw. When we notified owner we were told to put it in our oven to finish cooking. Another pizza was so devoid of cheese and sauce there were spots of bare crust through out the pizza. When we have tried to talk to owner we are met with indifference.

We love The Lanes pizza, but all the food is really good. However, not everytime, but often, the workers seem bothered by us when picking up our order. There has been inconsistentcy with available items on the menu and someone answering the phone.

Worse service I’ve ever had, and I spent 17 years as an executive chef!!! Food is inconsistent, and the RUDEST bartender I’ve ever seen!!!! Very disappointed with how poor they have become…used to be excellent
