Not tasty, not cheap for the quality, wouldn’t recommend. I was craving for some fries, I bought some at Five Guy and they were awful they couldn’t be worst. I also bought two little burger because I thought they were to small but the size was ok, it was like a regular size burger, but the taste wasn’t good. The service and the place were ok, but the food is really bad. The best of this place were the free peanuts.

Such a nice lady working the register that tried helping me find someone I was looking for. I met a guy here that told me I was pretty and I just blanked and didn’t give him my number. I went back and he was gone, BLUE EYES IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE GO BACK AROUND 4PM I’M ALWAYS AT THAT BUS STOP. I have things to say!!

I really dont know why I continue to come here. It’s extremely overpriced and very underwhelming. It was a little over 22 dollars after tip for a small burger with no special toppings other than onions and tomatoes, small cajun fries, and small shake. The person working the register didn’t even say hi, or acknowledge me. He just shouted for a register code and looked at me. I had to be like how’s it going?! I was also freaked out that the people making the food were touching their aprons, their hat, their face while making the food. It’s just disappointing from all angles. They seemed more focused on chatting with the security guard that hangs out with them, and feeding him food and giving him snacks and drinks. It’s an expensive stomach ache. Won’t be returning this time.

It’s a Five Guys- food wise, it’s on par with every Five Guys I’ve ever been to. However, it’s worth noting that I like to come to this particular location when I’m stressed because there are a handful of employees that really make me feel welcome from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, and I’ve felt this way since I moved to Ballard several months ago.

Stopped here for a burger the other day, and went with their bacon cheeseburger with most of the toppings. If you’re looking for a traditional, greasy American burger with American cheese, this has got you covered. A good burger, but not a revelation. Haven’t tried their fries and shakes yet, but I’ll add to this when I have. I personally don’t prefer American cheese (an additional 70 cents over the regular bacon burger), so that took a star off for me.

I do not understand how in anyone’s right mind this company charges premium for their burgers but the meat is grilled on flat top grill (no flavor) AND they have only ONE CHEESE which is american cheese the one that isn’t even 100% cheese.
