One of the best Indian Restaurants I have been to in a long time! We went after walking around the Kirkland waterfront and I was amazed by how diverse and amazing the food was. The Naan was plentiful and extremely fluffy, perfect for dipping in the Chicken Tikka Masala. In addition the dosa was just like my mother’s back home in Kerala. Oh, and how could I forget!!! The Cheese Naan!! – It was like a stuffed cheese bread that you would get from a Pizza shop but in the perfect naan bread. IT is everything I hoped I could get.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and sweet! We loved the food. We had the coconut curry, vindaloo, and paneer fried rice. Had the perfect balance of savory and sweet. We will definitely be coming back! Always support your local businesses ☺️

Such a nice Indian restaurant! We’ve gotten it delivered, take out, and dined it. It’s been consistently excellent. The Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala are delicious. The veggie samosa and mulligatawany soup are amazing. The dough of the samosa is crispy and salty and wonderful and the soup has such depth of flavor.

My wife and I LOVE Korma, and Punjabi Indian in general… we recently moved to Kirkland and have been searching for our new favorite Indian restaurant. Sitar exceeded all our desires. Highly, highly recommended. Ask for the mint sauce with the garlic naan… you won’t be disappointed!
